SIP held a conference on Mar 6 to look back on last year’s work related to human resources and social security and allocating tasks for the work over this year.

The event included a roundup of achievements made throughout SIP’s human resources and social security system last year, including the subsidies of RMB329 million that benefited 34,000 businesses and 490,000 employees and a series of employment and entrepreneurship services.

Tasks for this year were allocated, covering organization of job fairs, talent training and accreditation, reform in retirement mechanism, use of AI and other advanced technology to improve related public services and resolve disputes in workplaces, etc.
