So far this year, SIP has taken a series of new measures spanning policies, data support and administrative services to accelerate the upgrading of its business environment and fuel the development of new quality productive forces in an all-around way.

Before the Chinese Spring Festival, SIP announced a set of subsidy policies aimed at helping businesses attract and retain talents, including subsidies for businesses and their employees maintaining work during the Spring Festival holiday.

Concurrently, SIP has enhanced efforts to give enterprises a helping hand in recruitment. So far this year, 106 online and offline job fairs have been held across the park, where about 1,200 enterprises offered 11,900 job vacancies and reached tentative agreements with 3,200 job seekers.

In February, SIP announced several measures, aiming to speed up the development of high-quality data sets and further unlock the value of data elements.

Moreover, the park has been striving to improve its administrative service efficiency, including advancing the practice of “Getting One Thing Done Efficiently” through digital solutions, enhancing tailored assistance for businesses during administrative processes, and pioneering the Su-Easy service mode to provide one-stop assistance for cross-border investment.
